VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO Y NORMATIVIDAD EN LA UNIVERSIDAD AUTÓNOMA DE ZACATECAS

Resumen

Este trabajo tiene como hilo conductor, el análisis de algunas expresiones de violencia de género, que se han suscitado en los últimos años en la Universidad Autónoma de Zacatecas (UAZ). Con base en esto, se pone el acento en algunos casos de feminicidio, el movimiento #MeToo y algunos tendederos que han sido expuestos, particularmente por la comunidad universitaria femenina. En este contexto, la investigación también considera cómo esta problemática social es un denominador común en las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) del país, y demanda una mayor intervención por parte de quienes toman decisiones.

            A partir de lo anterior, al mismo tiempo se realiza un examen de los principales documentos normativos en la Máxima Casa de Estudios enunciada, sobre todo, poniendo el acento en los alcances y limitaciones en la regulación y sanción que se lleva a cabo en el tema de las violencias de género. De esta manera, se examina el Estatuto General, la Ley Orgánica, el Proyecto de Código de Ética y Conducta de la UAZ y el Protocolo Institucional de Atención a Casos de Violencia de Género. El análisis de estos marcos normativos da cuenta de varias áreas de oportunidad que es necesario implementar en la UAZ, haciendo eco a la Ley General de Educación Superior (2021) en materia de perspectiva de género.

Abstract:

This work has as a guiding thread, the analysis of some expressions of gender violence, which have arisen in recent years at the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (UAZ). Based on this, the accent is placed on some cases of femicide, the #MeToo movement and some clotheslines that have been exposed, particularly by the female university community. In this context, the research also considers how this social problem is a common denominator in the country's Higher Education Institutions (IES), and demands greater intervention by decision makers.

               Based on the above, at the same time an examination of the main normative documents in the Maximum House of Studies enunciated is carried out, above all, emphasizing the scope and limitations in the regulation and sanction that is carried out on the subject. of gender violence. In this way, the General Statute, the Organic Law, the Draft Code of Ethics and Conduct of the UAZ and the Institutional Protocol for Attention to Cases of Gender Violence are examined. The analysis of these regulatory frameworks reveals several areas of opportunity that need to be implemented in the UAZ, echoing the General Law of Higher Education (2021) in terms of gender perspective.
